Job Purpose

MALC is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong experience in DHIS2 implementation and .NET development to support health information systems and modernize the organization’s ERP and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement DHIS2 systems , including Tracker Programs, datasets, and validation rules.
  • Develop and maintain DHIS2 modules and support data analysis and management.
  • Work on web-based ERP development and enhancements using modern technologies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies and REST APIs .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow, requirements, and system integration needs.
  • Document system processes, technical requirements, and implementation details.
  • Perform data cleaning and analysis (knowledge of Python or R is a plus).
