Job Description

Our team is responsible for the feedback and resolution processes of our map-making platform. We enable both internal and external customers to report incidents and contribute to their resolution.What you'll do
  • You will contribute to the development of tools related to the feedback and resolution processes.
  • You will participate in activities related to application supervision and maintenance.
  • You will explore and research further extensions or identify gaps in existing processes.
  • You will solve engineering problems using existing solutions.
  • You will identify risks and performance issues in existing applications and support efforts to eliminate them.
  • You will contribute to creating documentation for existing solutions.
