Software Engineer Iii- Oracle Rms

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as Oracle RMS SME to support clients merchandising transformation.
- Configure, customize, and enhance Oracle RMS modules.
- Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work with QA, developers, and external vendors on integrations and batch processing.
- Analyze and troubleshoot RMS batches, job failures, and data inconsistencies.
- Ensure accurate data synchronization across RMS, RPM, ReIM, Xstore, and eCommerce platforms.
- Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare post-go-live activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred Experience: - Implementation/Support experience with Oracle RMS Cloud (SaaS).
- Exposure to Store Inventory Management (SIM) or Oracle Xstore POS.
- Understanding of retail omnichannel workflows.
