Software Engineer II

C.H Robinson is seeking a Software Engineer II on our Freightquote by CH Robinson Small Business team who will be working on advancing our agentic AI development pipeline. In this role, you will drive enhancements to the Freightquote by CHR customer experience, leveraging agentic AI to disrupt competitors and accelerate volume growth. You will collaborate with the business SME's and other software engineers on strategic initiatives designing, coding, and testing industry-leading solutions that delight our customers. You evaluate requirements, estimate tasks, manage risks, and implement software that meets performance, quality, business and security objectives.
