The Software Engineer II will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing software systems that drive business processes and support company goals. This role also supports the management of Business Intelligence (BI) tools that transform data into actionable insights, while ensuring smooth installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and operating systems.
Your tasks
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (SSIS/Halo) to support reporting and analytics.
Analyze current BI processes, recommend improvements, and ensure data governance compliance.
Monitor and optimize BI platform performance, error handling, and data quality.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to address reporting needs and provide user support.
