Job Overview

The SW Systems Engineer II will be responsible to develop embedded Firmware/Software and conduct SW and HW integrated testing for fiber optics transceivers, media converters, and smart power distribution units (SPDUs). This job function will include software architecture development, coding, model-based development, testing and efforts estimation. The Firmware/Software development will follow the airborne standards like DO-178 B/C and other certification standards such as ARP4754, DO-326, DO-254 etc. The Software Engineer will work within NPD team that includes the other disciplines like EE, ME, QE, SW V&V, test engineering and process development.
