As a Software Engineer, you are working towards becoming an expert in one or more aspects of software engineering. You understand and enforce industry best practices around testing, quality and architecture. On top of writing production ready software, you are able to help analyse and design architecture to ensure we are building the right thing. You value security, reliability and performance, and are willing to learn how to better our systems.
