Job Overview

In this role – you will utilize your knowledge, intuition and importantly your ability to learn new skills to develop innovations and complete projects that transform our manufacturing footprint into one that minimizes scrap and downtime and maximizes utilization. You will work closely with your colleagues to bring understanding and insights to both existing and future process developments.

The successful candidate must be passionate about innovation, enjoy self-directed learning, and being part of cross-functionals teams. You will need to develop new ideas and implement simulations for mission critical projects and be able to communicate their value to the broader team.
