Chromodynamics develops next-generation microscopes that enable breakthrough discoveries in the search for a cure for cancer. What does the position entail?

Our fully automated hyperspectral microscope generates enormous amounts of rich data, which must be processed and analysed in real time. You will accelerate the development of the high-throughput image processing pipeline. Responsibilities include:

  • identifying hardware & software bottlenecks,
  • implementing highly optimised key algorithms in a compiled language,
