About You
- 3+ years’ experience delivering and maintaining production software used by real customers
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and occasionally infrastructure when needed
- Calm, solutions-focused mindset when dealing with complexity or time-sensitive challenges

- Improve existing products by enhancing performance, reliability, and scalability while delivering impactful new features
