Role Summary We’re looking for a Java Backend Developer who has built and operated production-ready, scalable, distributed systems and enjoys solving backend challenges: performance, reliability, scaling, data stores, data modeling, and failure handling. This role goes beyond CRUD - expect Kafka workflows, microservices, strong engineering hygiene (including testing, observability, and clean design), and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale data applications.
