Software Engineer (CMake & Nix)

Coders Connect is partnering with a globally established engineering organisation expanding its advanced robotics division in Zurich .

They are building complex, high-performance robotic systems — and are looking for a senior engineer to own and elevate their build and packaging infrastructure.

This is a foundational role.

You won’t be “supporting builds.”

You will define how the entire robotics software stack is built, versioned, packaged, and deployed.

Your Impact:

You will design, implement and maintain:

• A robust CMake-based build system
• A scalable Nix-based package management ecosystem

You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers and DevOps specialists to streamline builds, reduce friction, and increase reproducibility across the organisation.
