We're helping a fast-growing AI startup is looking for a Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale an enterprise-grade automation platform for complex, decision-heavy processes.


You’ll join a core engineering team working on scalable, event-driven systems that power reliable and auditable AI applications. This platform focuses on enabling enterprises to automate complex, decision-heavy processes with reliability, auditability, and full operational control.


What you’ll do:

  • Build APIs and backend services using Go (or Python)
  • Design event-driven architectures with Kafka
