• This role is focused on practical software engineering,  building scripts, services, and integrations that connect systems and support real workflows used by Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams.
• This is not a research or data‑science role.
• While you may work with AI‑enabled tools over time, the foundation of the role is strong Python development, APIs, and automation.
