Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers to join our remote, flexible contract team focused on AI training and evaluation of AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve code across languages, explain your reasoning, and stress-test prompts to advance AI systems.

Strong skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript are valued, along with solid CS fundamentals. You’ll work independently with a clear feedback loop, shaping how AI understands and writes software.
