A vacancy exists for a Technical Team Lead to be based in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
We're looking for a hands-on individual to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive Pilot's generative AI product strategy. You'll oversee web, mobile, and API workstreams-architecting intelligent features that transform user experiences while ensuring system stability and performance.
As the technical leader, you'll collaborate closely with product teams to develop and deploy new features and products, spearhead AI-driven solutions, guide system integration and architecture, and ensure scalability and security. You'll mentor developers, shape modern integration patterns, and strike the right balance between innovation and reliability.
