Oversee and lead a software development team Mentor team members and contribute to growth initiatives Communicate project updates and risks regularly Manage the complete development lifecycle with a focus on quality Work closely with Business Analysts to define project scope Requirements
Post-secondary education in Software Engineering or related field 5+ years’ experience in software development positions Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Proven project management abilities Experience with Microsoft .NET and front-end technologies is a plus
