Position: UNIX & SQL Production Support Engineer

Location: Sao Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR)

Responsibilities

  • Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
  • Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
  • Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages.
  • Support Product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
  • Constantly focus on enhancing performance of applications.
  • Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.
  • Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams.
  • Perform detailed root cause analysis of issues in production and implement corrective actions.
  • Validate collaboration and communication skills, and lead in a global environment.
