We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist - L3 Production Support to join our team in Guadalajara, Aguascalientes (MX-AGU), Mexico.

Qualifications
  • Hands‑on development experience in Core Java with at least 3 years.
  • Worked on projects in the Java tech stack.
  • Clear coding interview using CoderPad.io.
  • Overall software experience 6‑9 years.
  • Strong in Java.
  • Experience with SQL, Splunk, Git.
  • Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow and process workflow.
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant L3 support.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing.
