Responsibilities
- Actively provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing.
- Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms and contribute to continuous improvement and delivery.
- Continually focus on enhancing the performance of the Java applications.
- Experience working on DB and good with SQL queries.
- Experience with using Splunk for debugging and logs.
- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.
- Implement new tool functionalities that support changing business requirements.
