We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Analytical and Functional Skills

Strong analytical and debugging skills to triage high priority incidents, restore services and provide resolutions
Ability to understand data flow and business logic in the application and services
Ability to monitor application health, identify anomalies and take necessary steps Good communication and articulation skills
Ready to work in 24X7 rotational shifts (with night shift one week in four weeks)

Good communication skills, ability to mentor team as required.
