We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Lead the group of L2 associates and guide them. Actively communicate with the stake holders and coordinate with various teams.
Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
