About the role

We are seeking a leader to oversee operational excellence and enablement across multiple software products. This role focuses on establishing and optimizing operational processes, implementing centralized solutions (e.g., observability, authentication and authorization), and ensuring scalability and reliability. You will coordinate efforts across diverse technologies, oversee technical teams, manage offshore vendors, and provide strategic operational leadership. The role also emphasizes promoting innovation, continuous improvement in operational practices, and alignment of operational standards across multiple product teams.
