Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages the system development and support team.
  • Ensures the successful implementation and integration of systems built with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Oversees service requests, incident management, problem management, change requests, and projects.
  • Collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth operation and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provides technical expertise and guidance to the team.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews and provides feedback to team members.
  • Stays updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in system development and support.
