Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead teams responsible for the design, analysis and development of world‑class SaaS supply chain solutions for the healthcare, third‑party logistics and retail sectors at Tecsys.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead teams of developers, test automation developers, and quality assurance analysts.
• Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision and well‑defined project objectives.
• Establish project timelines, monitor schedules, and ensure milestones and objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate continuously with Product Management and Technical Leadership teams to validate plans and ensure effective solution implementation.
• Lead the team in evolving software development practices, including adopting AI‑assisted tools and workflows.
