Amazon’s Measurement, AdTech, and Data Science (MADS) team is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team in Toronto. This team is responsible for building the core measurement and modeling capabilities that serve all of Amazon Ads, helping advertisers understand the true impact of their advertising investments.

As the leader of this team, you will own the technical vision and product roadmap for measurement services, working closely with cross-functional partners including Product, UX, Science, and other engineering teams.
