Software Development Manager – Manufacturing Industry

The Role:

Reporting to a Director located in the USA, you will be responsible for:

Managing the development, maintenance and support of the software modules and components and participate in its transformation to a scalable, microservice-based architecture

Recruiting and Managing the daily activities of a team of 10 located in Mexico

Creating design, use case, architecture and specification documents for the product

Adhering to standard processes for agile development, new feature implementation, defect processing, source code control and unit testing

Providing technical support to product management, product marketing, services and business consulting

Work with the Customer Support and Quality Engineering teams to support customer and product issues, as well as, functional and feature testing.
