Software Development Manager

Gappify is looking for an Engineering Manager in the Philippines. The candidate will be a hands‑on leader who will also be responsible for leading a team of engineers to ensure the software products we release have high quality, drive business impact and are delightful to use.

The right candidate will be an experienced People Manager who loves to coach and develop individuals, aligning to their strengths, will be an energetic, passionate, strategic voice, and partner with the various business units such as support, and professional services.
