Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team specializing in Oracle Database administration, backup/recovery strategies (including ZDLRA), and cloud migrations.
  • Serve as a hands-on technical leader, driving architecture decisions, overseeing deployments, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements.
  • Define, track, and report on management KPIs to ensure team effectiveness, operational excellence, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business stakeholders to create robust, secure, and scalable database and backup environments.
  • Champion innovation by driving the adoption of emerging technologies, automation, and industry best practices within the team.
  • Foster a culture of AI adoption by integrating intelligent automation and data-driven solutions into operational workflows.
