Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team specializing in Oracle Database administration, backup/recovery strategies (including ZDLRA), and cloud migrations. Serve as a hands-on technical leader, driving architecture decisions, overseeing deployments, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements. Define, track, and report on management KPIs to ensure team effectiveness, operational excellence, and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business stakeholders to create robust, secure, and scalable database and backup environments. Champion innovation by driving the adoption of emerging technologies, automation, and industry best practices within the team.
