Software Development Manager – Backend & Cloud Platforms

This is a build role, not a caretaker role. You will set the technical bar, ship alongside your team, and create platform foundations that 20+ agile squads depend on every day.

This is a player-coach position for an engineer who never wanted to stop being one. You stay in the code. You lead by example. You bring a scrappy, execution-first mindset: bias to ship, comfort with ambiguity, and a relentless drive to move fast without breaking the things that matter in a regulated environment. You will also drive the adoption of agentic AI coding tools across your team, not by mandate, but by proving their value in your own daily engineering work and building a culture that defaults to AI-augmented delivery.
