Software Development Engineer (Python)

. Write and maintain production Python code

. Build backend services and REST APIs

. Automate cloud resources using Ansible driven by code

. Write and maintain automated tests for Python code using pytest

. Debug, fix, and improve services running in production

Good to have:

. Public cloud experience (OCI, AWS, GCP)

. Basic distributed systems understanding (failures, retries, scaling)

. Linux security & hardening knowledge relevant to running backend services

Note: This role is about building backend software, not managing tools or processes. If you don't spend most of your time coding, this won't be a match.

Mandatory Skills:

. Python Backend (Hands-on): Written and owned substantial production Python code running as backend services not scripting or simple wrappers
