Software Development Engineer in Test (Java)

You will own the test strategy, automation, and release quality for our web applications. Working closely with product owners, engineers, SMEs, and clients, you will ensure every release meets high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand business, functional, and non-functional requirements and validate them with SMEs
• Partner with product owners to define and refine acceptance criteria
• Align with clients on testing scope, expectations, test data, and environment readiness
• Own test planning, strategy, effort estimation, schedules, dependencies, and risks
• Design, build, and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks
• Track quality metrics, prepare test reports, and make release readiness recommendations
