In this influential role, as an SDE III, you'll bring your engineering depth into a new way of working. You won't just write code — you'll specify, orchestrate, validate, and ship with AI as your primary collaborator. You'll work in a small, mission-driven cross-functional team called a pod. This team consists of three functions: Product, Engineer, and Quality. The team has high agency, shared ownership, and no hand-offs.
