The Emerging Marketplaces Experience & Operations (EMXO) Prime, Lifecycle & XCM (PLX) team builds and orchestrates inputs to accelerate customer growth, engagement, and Prime membership across Amazon's ten emerging marketplaces (India, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Singapore, UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and South Africa). We are a multi-billion dollar business with huge potential to grow in a trillion-dollar market. The Mobile Growth function sits at the heart of our Customer Growth strategy, with EMXO owning worldwide Paid App Marketing (PAM) services and mobile growth capabilities since February 2024.
The Mobile App Growth team accelerates Amazon retail app adoption by partnering with third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google) to articulate to customers why they should download and sign in to the Amazon shopping app. Our messages surface outside Amazon on 100K+ apps worldwide, with a goal of driving mobile app First Time Sign-In (FTSI).
