Position Title : Software Development Engineer (C# & Python)
Work location: Penang - George Town
Working hours :Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.00pm
About the position
We are looking for a hands-on Software Development Engineer to help build, improve, and sustain an enterprise-scale endpoint and configuration management platform used in large Windows environments. You will work closely with test teams during Test cycles to triage failures, investigate root cause, implement code fixes, and deliver validated patches with high engineering quality and operational reliability.
This is an execution-driven role: you will code, debug, review PRs, and ship improvements that directly impact test pass quality, release readiness, and customer reliability.
Key Responsibilities
1) Bug Fixing & Test Pass Support (Primary)
- Own incoming bugs discovered during Microsoft Test Pass / regression cycles: reproduce, isolate, debug, and propose fixes.
