Join our team of innovative Software Engineers to build next‑generation service platforms for AWS, EC2 and our customers. These services are key components of the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) web service.

Our platform handles a significant load of Internet traffic generated by internal and external customers that build their solutions on EC2. We use Java, Kotlin, Typescript, Python, Ruby, Go and C++ along with various native AWS services and Amazon‑internal tools. You do not need to be an expert in all these technologies; strong programming fundamentals and a desire to learn them are required.

Our team invents, designs, and builds software that is stable, scalable and performant. We write and support code that is easy to understand, with pragmatic solutions. We maintain a high bar in code reviews to ensure high‑quality code.
