What You’ll Do

  • Report to the Manager of Software Development and be responsible for designing, analyzing, coding, modifying, and supporting CSG’s Ascendon product applications.
  • Design highly available, scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.
  • Continuously improve assigned areas by applying scripting, automation, or application packaging.
  • Support the platform in customer-facing environments, including troubleshooting issues and monitoring the system.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellent customer service, and teamwork.
  • Perform unit tests, code debugging, and thorough testing.
  • Support system and solution integration testing, user acceptance testing, and resolve problems encountered.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other forms of team quality procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members.
