Build the multi-agent orchestration platform that autonomously executes ML research workflows — from hypothesis generation through production deployment — accelerating how we deliver relevant sponsored products to hundreds of millions of Amazon shoppers. You'll work at the intersection of Generative AI, large-scale ML infrastructure, and search relevance at massive scale.

The Sponsored Products Search Relevance (SPSR) team helps shoppers easily find and discover the most relevant sponsored products while improving advertisers' ability to reach the right shoppers in the right context. We develop capabilities to understand shopper queries, shopping missions, and product attributes to identify contextually relevant ASINs — and we make CX/UX improvements so shoppers can perceive why products are relevant and efficiently navigate Amazon's vast selection.
