Role overview

You will direct and coordinate the activities of matrixed individuals working on customer engagements spread over a number of projects. The person will be responsible for managing related projects in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple internal practice leads/project managers to ensure success for customer projects/deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives all aspects of Technical Delivery management activity, including understanding technical deliverable, collaborating and coordinating across the organization.
  • Defines Delivery value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for global programs.
