We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities

  • Implement advanced features, performance optimizations, and resiliency.
  • Define coding standards, review PRs, and guide refactoring and testing strategy.
  • Partner with architects, product owners, and client SMEs.

    • Must‑Have Skills

  • Expert-level Java/Spring ecosystem, distributed systems design.
  • Good experience with integration architectures (sync/async, event-driven)

    • Nice‑to‑Have (Guidewire knowledge)

    Experience

  • 6–10+ years in Java; 2+ years in insurance/Guidewire-related projects.

    • Tools/Tech

  • Java 17, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Kubernetes (nice), Docker, OpenAPI, ELK/Datadog, Git/Azure DevOps/Jenkins.
