What we're looking for:
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, Python, or Salesforce
Understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, APIs)
Familiarity with Git and basic development workflows
Strong willingness to learn and take feedback
Good communication and problem-solving mindset
Junior Developers (1–3 years experience)
What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript , React or similar frameworks) and/or Python
For Salesforce roles: experience with Salesforce Admin or Development, Apex, SOQL, Flows, or Lightning Web Components
Experience working with APIs, databases, and basic cloud services
Comfortable using Git, issue trackers, and CI/CD basics
Ability to work independently on small to medium tasks
Senior Developers (4+ years experience)
