• Provide L3 support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production issues for core banking and wealth management systems.
• Work with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions for investment advisory services, serving various client segments.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability across both open systems and Windows environments.
