Salary and Benefits

Salary range: 101,800 - 124,400 CAD per year (based on a 35‑hour workweek). Annual bonus target with potential payout of up to double the target, subject to personal and company performance. 12% of base salary is the target bonus. Employees participate in an Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with Intact matching 50% of net shares. The pension offering includes a defined benefit plan that provides guaranteed income for life.
