**AS A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER, YOU WILL:**
+ Grasp in detail User Stories understanding customer needs and customer value
+ Design, develop and test the Emerson MES product Syncade.
+ Work with inhouse professional services to understand client needs and develop features/solutions.
+ Work with the software development team to design, architect and develop new solutions.
+ Build automated test for new product features and enhancements in increase the robustness of the solution.
+ Provide technical leadership and experience to the team
+ Foster culture of innovation and disciplined software engineering practices to deliver business value
