KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Perform all administrative duties relevant to the position. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Monitor and support the SCADA system, investigating and resolving system-related issues. Develop, maintain, test, and validate operational reports. Write, maintain, and optimise SQL queries and database reporting. Liaise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Coordinate and facilitate OEE, SCADA, and Forklift meetings, ensuring effective planning and follow-up. Assist with the procurement process for forklift repairs, servicing, and operational requirements. Provide operational support on the production floor, including system start-up, user logins, system testing, and forklift PIN management. Monitor and maintain battery charging bays, ensuring servicing and maintenance are completed within required timeframes.
