Project Highlights

We are building an end-to-end automated business system covering customer management through to financial invoicing. The core of this project is the integration of Zoho CRM (Sales module), PandaDoc, and QuickBooks.

You will join as a key contributor to an enterprise-level system integration project, enabling seamless data flow from CRM → contract generation → financial invoicing, significantly improving business efficiency and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the cross-system integration of Zoho CRM with PandaDoc and QuickBooks, enabling automatic customer data synchronization, automated generation of contracts/quotations, and real-time write-back of document signing status.
