Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations modules tailored to the client’s business requirements
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications and system blueprints for the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- Design and implement custom entities, workflows, business rules, and security models within the Dynamics platform
- Architect and execute seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and Broadsign SaaS solution for digital signage management
- Develop and configure Power BI integration for advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
- Lead hands-on development of custom plugins, workflows, and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
