Software Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations modules tailored to the client's business requirements
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications and system blueprints for the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• Design and implement custom entities, workflows, business rules, and security models within the Dynamics platform
• Architect and execute seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and Broadsign SaaS solution for digital signage management
• Develop and configure Power BI integration for advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
• Lead hands-on development of custom plugins, workflows, and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to align with media industry workflows and processes
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing coordination, and deployment activities
