Software Developer – Level 3

Scope of Work: This project is to develop and implement an integrated Healthcare Associated Infections monitoring and management system to ensure the DOH’s flexibility, effectiveness and timeliness for ongoing surveillance and responding to and managing outbreaks. The Level Software Developer will perform development activities to create a robust data intake and process the data submitted to validate data through the extract, transform, and load process. The Level Software Developer will work with the Expert Software Architect to ensure the data has sufficient data validation on input.
