* Design, implement, and maintain components for company’s large scale geographically distributed object-storage subsystems (not client SDKs).
* Deliver features involving low-level data-path optimization, garbage-collection tuning, and subsystem-level performance profiling using Go.
* Tune Go code using pprof, race detector, mutex profiling, and custom instrumentation for high-traffic storage workloads.
* Demonstrate production ownership of storage-node components handling erasure-coded data, slice-repair workflows, quorum-based access logic, and multi-region consistency guarantees.
* Participate in a 24/7 rotational on-call pager duty supporting a cloud object-storage offering handling at least 100 PB of addressable capacity, including documented root-cause analyses for production incidents involving network partit...
